Frameless
Frameless cabinet construction is a European way of manufacturing cabinets that offers stronger cabinets with greater accessibility. It also allows for minimalist and more contemporary cabinet designs.
Because the face frame in typical cabinet construction is eliminated, the European frameless type of cabinets offer much greater accessibility and organization. All hinges and drawer hardwares are attached directly to the sides of the cabinet box, providing a sleek, simple aesthetic of minimal reveals between full overlay door and drawer fronts. Frameless cabinets do not have side or mid stile uprights behind cabinet doors, providing ease of access to the contents, additional storage space and room for larger items. All shelving in this type of construction is forever adjustable in 32mm increments. Drawers are considerably larger because of the space saved by not having to reduce drawer width to fit into a face frame.
